I’m Iiz, a qualified Yoga Teacher, Fitness Trainer, and Wellness Advocate from Dublin, now living the sunny life in Spain.
I believe in tuning into your body, listening to what it needs and and doing what’s right for you. This changes of course with age and life circumstances and thats ok!
My mission is simple: make yoga, fitness, and well-being accessible and enjoyable for everybody and every body. Life’s too short not to embrace our imperfections, love ourselves as we are, and live our most authentic, vibrant lives.
I bring boundless energy and positivity to everything I do. Life’s about balance—whether that’s a green smoothie in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening—and embracing who we are, imperfections and all.
I run weekly online yoga classes, and host multiple wellness retreats in Ireland, Spain and Marrakesh.
I have a genuine passion and enthusiasm for sharing the practices that support me and helping others to feel better and thrive —body, mind, and spirit.
I love everything French – Coco, Paris, rosé wine and of course my husband Sebastien.
I am a HUGE Coronas fan and have subjected my spin classes to their music on more than one occasion.
I have twin boys Zac & Jules who keep me very busy!
I love to swim in the sea, it is my go to when I need energy or a reset.

With over 10 years experience teaching yoga and hosting retreats in Ireland and abroad, I bring a deep understanding of the body and mind to every class and retreat. I’m highly trained across a range of practices—including Yin, Vinyasa, and Nidra yoga, meditation, manifestation workshops, sound healing, cacao circles, and more.
I’m passionate about creating a warm, fun, and down-to-earth space where people can relax, have fun, and heal—whether that’s on the mat, in a workshop, or at a retreat.
